☆ usagi's diary entry 1 - text + pictures

Hey everyone! I just thought I'd write this in here since I know some people were wondering about my allies before and all, and.. well, a lot happened lately, so I've got to keep my friends here up to date too, right? You're all super important to me too, after all!

After some fights with monsters, us four sailor soldiers are finally complete! They're all so great! Luna yelled at me and told me to not tell anyone about it, but I know I can trust you guys. Our secret, okay? Hehe!


This is Ami-chan! She goes to the same school as me, but she's on a whole different level, you know! She's the local genius girl and they say she has an IQ of over 300.. which is.. um, a lot, I guess? [ Good job, Usagi. ] She's Sailor Mercury!


And then this here is Rei-chan. She's a beautiful shrine maiden, but honestly, her temper's pretty scary! She seems to have some sort of sixth sense too.. and her power as Sailor Mars is fire! Since she's hot-headed, get it?! Hehehe, I thought that one was so funny!


And then the last one aside from me is Mako-chan! She looks sort of scary, but she's honestly really sweet, sort of like a big sister! And her food is delicious, I'll have to ask her for cake sometime.. oh, and she's really strong, it's like she is tough yet really feminine, it's amazing! She's Sailor Jupiter.

And I know I've already told some people about Tuxedo Mask, but.. when I said I was handsome, just that probably wasn't enough to convince you! Here, I got this out of today's newspaper, there was a picture of him in there! Isn't he completely handsome? He shows up to help me out each time, and.. hehe, I guess you could say I sort of have a crush on him! It's the biggest secret of all though, so don't tell anyone, okay?


So.. with the four of us together, Luna told me I have to be the leader now. Our goal is to find this Silver Crystal that apparently has a lot of power, and we need to protect the Moon Princess once we find her.. it sounds like a pretty heavy duty, huh? And then I'm supposed to be the leader, even though Ami-chan's so smart and Mako-chan's so tough and Rei-chan has a leader's attitude.. compared to that, can a crybaby like me really lead them to do all of that and protect a real princess against the Dark Kingdom and its monsters?

.. Hehe, it sounds a little scary, doesn't it? But I guess all I can do is try my best!

Isn't it strange though? Why do they always leave this kind of stuff up to us instead of calling on people who are stronger or who have more influence? I mean.. not that I mind doing this, but it's just weird when you think about it like that!

.. Oh.. you're right, Kirika-chan! I didn't even think of that yet.. the Sailor Busters can totally find that thing! I know I should've counted on you!

The old lady cat is going to be so surprised! Are all five of us the Sailor Busters now?

Wait, wait! It's not done! Which one is Sailor V? Come on, I want to know the whole story!

[If she could see him, she would know he was waiting anxiously as if being told a story.]

[ Oh, Vash, so eager.. ]

Sailor V-- oh! She's not one of us! [ Despite the name.. ] She was already around before I became Sailor Moon, she fights robbers and those kind of people so the police doesn't have to! She's so cool..!

Then she must be with the suit guy. I see it now! They're both wearing the same mask! [Kind of.]

Mars? She doesn't look like any Martians I've seen.

Oh, she's not from Mars! There's no way Rei-chan's an alien, she's way too normal for that! Sure, she might seem a little mysterious, especially with that whole sixth sense thing, but.. she's just a girl like me, you know?

I guess that makes more sense. So why are you guys called "Sailor" whatever planet then? And why is there a Moon but no Venus or Earth?

Hey, your gang actually seems like they'd be pretty cool people to get along with. [Except Rei- he thinks meeting Rei would probably ignite the inner sass inside of him.]

But you can't say that you're not as great as the others. I mean, you seem like a pretty great girl as it is, plus you really did help me out the other day. And...I really liked that!

[ Don't worry, even Usagi fights with Rei and she's usually nice... usually.. ]

.. Sasayan-kun, you really think that?! [ SHE USES VIDEO JUST SO SHE CAN STARE AT HIM WITH SHINY EYES AND ALL.. so expectant. ]

Hey, of course I think that, why wouldn't I in the first place? You seem really cool and fun to talk to- so I guess that's what we do as friends, you know?

[And he'll brightly smile back to her through video, as well- just to match her sparkly eyes.]

Isn't it?! I don't know what kind of number is supposed to be normal, but it must be pretty high since Ami-chan always gets first place on any exam results! Mama's told me before I should start getting grades like hers.. [ sniffle. ]

Well, it is pretty scary, but as long as I have them by my side, I don't think everything is that dangerous! We're stronger together, you know? I don't think I could have come this far by myself!
